30-day returns
If something is not right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email support@genwares.store with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
